На основании теоретических и практических исследований рассмотрена роль бенчмаркинга в развитии малого бизнеса. Проведен анализ применения бенчмаркинга представителями малого бизнеса в Украине. Очерчен круг проблем, которые препятствуют применению метода бенчмаркинга в малом бизнесе. Приведено статистические данные относительно использования показателей эталонного сопоставления предприятиями малого бизнеса и определение уровня удовлетворенности от применяемого метода. Предложена процедура внедрения метода бенчмаркинга в деятельность предприятий малого бизнеса.

Based on the theoretical and practical studies the role of benchmarking in small business development was examined. The analysis of benchmarking exercises by representatives of small business in Ukraine. There was outlined the range of issues that affect the application of the method of benchmarking in small businesses. The statistics on the use of standard indicators comparing small businesses and determination of the level of satisfaction of the applicable method were provided. A procedure for implementing the method of benchmarking in the activities of small businesses was proposed.
