The text is a synthetic presentation of the endeavors of nursery staff to cooperate with a variety of institutions in order to support a child and a family in the nursery. What deserves to be emphasized is the educational effort of the employees to improve their tutorial skills and the shared achievements of the nursery staff and researchers invited to collaborate in the form of publications on a child and an educator in the institution.
