The author follows the German concept in his writing which analyses the conditions and demonstrates the antecedents of its birth and application of the significance of a mission-oriented management which can be traced in military traditions and great wars. According to this concept, everything must be interpreted as a decisive philosophy in the system. All elements of the system must be built on this principle.
