The point of the article is to analyze President of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s narrative during election campaign in 2023 using the concept of claims tolegitimacy, conducted by Christian van Soest and Julia Grauvogel and a research team led by Marcus Tannenberg. The point of this article is to identify these claims using sources from the Republic of Türkiye Directorate of Communication (Türkiye Cumhuriyeti İletişim Başkanlığı) and state-owned agency – Anadolu Agency (Anadolu Ajansi). Author analyzed period from March 10 to May 28, 2023 – from the publication of the date of the elections to their outcome.

Celem artykułu jest analiza narracji prezydenta Turcji Recepa Tayyipa Erdoğana z okresu kampanii wyborczej w 2023 r. w kontekście koncepcji roszczeń do legitymacji władzy w ujęciu Christiana van Soest i Julii Grauvogel oraz zespołu badawczego pod kierownictwem Marcusa Tannenberga, a także wyodrębnienie i scharakteryzowanie tych roszczeń za pomocą analizy komunikatów prezydenckiej Dyrekcji Komunikacji Republiki Turcji (Türkiye Cumhuriyeti İletişim Başkanlığı) oraz państwowej agencji informacyjnej – Agencji Anatolijskiej (Anadolu Ajansi). Zbadany został okres od 10 marca do 28 maja 2023 r. – od momentu ogłoszenia daty wyborów do ich rozstrzygnięcia.
