Innovation is a factor which significantly determines the socio-economic development in Poland. Verification of the effectiveness of the planned creator’s innovation follows via introduction and diffusion of innovation. The ability of the acquisition, and creation of innovation is a key factor in the development of companies. The aim of these considerations is to identify the factors of innovation in the context of enterprises development.

Weryfikacja skuteczności realizacji zamierzeń kreatora innowacyjności następuje poprzez proces wdrażania i dyfuzji innowacji. Zdolność pozyskiwania, kreowania innowacji jest kluczowym czynnikiem rozwoju przedsiębiorstw. Celem prowadzonych rozważań jest określenie czynników innowacyjności przedsiębiorstw w kontekście ich rozwoju.
