Analiza instrumentów wsparcia przedsiębiorców przez poszczególne gospodarki w dobie pandemii SARS-COV-2

This scientific paper describes the methods of fighting off the pandemic induced crisis in Poland. It begins with a brief description of the share of small and medium‐sized enterprises in the Polish economy. The nature of the businesses and current trends are presented. After that the article describes Keynesian policy regarding state intervention as an introduction to the actual discussion. Potential risks and benefits emerging from state intervention are described. Continuing, the data regarding monetary policy is presented together with a possible line of reasoning followed by the Government and the Monetary Policy Council. The main focus of the article is to depict the unusual characteristics of the current economic crisis in comparison to selected examples of the past ones. Finally, data regarding financial support instruments used in Poland is presented together with an analysis of the extent of aid in selected countries.

Artykuł opisuje metody zwalczania kryzysu wywołanego przez pandemię koronawirusa w Polsce. Rozpoczyna się krótkim opisem udziału małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw w ekonomii państwa. Zaprezentowane zostają udziały w sektorach ekonomii oraz bieżące trendy. W dobie kryzysu, artykuł  przedstawia założenia pomocy ze strony rządu w kierunku gospodarki, zgodnie z polityką  Johna Maynarda Keynesa. Przytoczone zostały potencjalne zagrożenia i korzyści wynikające ze stosowania interwencjonizmu, jako wprowadzenie do głównej części omawianych zagadnień. W dalszej części przed‐ stawione zostały założenia i tok rozumowania rządu polskiego oraz Rady Polityki Pieniężnej. Opisana została nietypowa charakterystyka obecnego kryzysu w porównaniu z wybranymi przykładami z historii. Ostatecznie zaprezentowano instrumenty wsparcia przedsiębiorstw w Polsce w kontraście z wybranymi państwami.
