In this article, presented educational functions of media, influence of media, with particular reference to of their influence on behavior young people. In, addition, discussed about exploiting new media, as well as information technology in didactics. Author presented important task of an educational institutions, which is preparing the younger generation for the media education, that is bringing to the due receipt and exploiting media.
