According to the authoress anthropological analyses proved, that in 11 inhumation burials (from Medieval stronghold at Busówno) remains of 12 individuals were discovered (grave 6 contained bones of two persons). Among them, five males, three females, two juveniles, one child and one adult of undetermined sex and age (due to poor condition of the skeleton) were recognized. Only one male died aged 35-45 while others belong to adultus category (age 20-30). In case of females, an over-mortality in lower age range was remarkable. Analysis of morphologic properties demonstrated, that the individuals' skulls were rather short. The body statures were estimated only in three cases including one male and juvenile representing a medium stature and one woman of short stature. Masticatory system diseases were the most common group of disorders (9 cases) while two individuals demonstrated degenerative and overload changes. One juvenile individual suffered from systemic disease (cribra orbitalia).
