Głównym celem artykułu jest holistyczne przedstawienie idei makronadzoru, wskazanie na potrzeby jej implementacji oraz wykazanie na podstawie danych historycznych i badań, że polityka makroostrożnościowa może istotnie przeciwdziałać materializacji ryzyka systemowego w działalności bankowej. Oznacza to, że będzie ona w stanie przeciwdziałać temu ryzyku w wymiarze zarówno czasowym, jak i strukturalnym, przekładając się na lepsze funkcjonowanie gospodarki realnej, której system finansowy przede wszystkim służy. W pracy została przedstawiona historia idei makronadzoru oraz opisana charakterystyka systemu finansowego, źródła ryzyka systemowego, a także cele i instrumenty polityki makroostrożnościowej.

The main objective of this paper is a holistic representation of the idea of macro-supervision, pointing to the need for its implementation and demonstration based on research and historical data that macro-prudential policy can significantly prevent the materialization of systemic risk in the banking business. This means that it will be able to counteract this risk in both temporal and structural terms, translating into better functioning of the real economy, which the financial system primarily serves. The article will present the history of the idea of macro-supervision and its concept in the light of different economic schools. Next, the characteristics of the financial system, sources of systemic risk and macro-prudential policy objectives will be shown. Attention will also be given to the other objectives of this idea. In the next stage of work, a range of policy instruments will be presented.

The aim of the article is to define the changes COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic has had on the macroand mesoeconomic in a context of the importance of innovation for national economies. The coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) pandemic and its fast circulation have affected social and economic life around the world. The actions taken by the governments of the states became an exogenous shock for a large part of economic entities. The continuing state of crisis caused by the COVID pandemic leads to a reflection on the current production and consumption. By observing the reality, a research gap was noticed and the need has emerged to analyze the importance of innovation in economic processes in the current fight against the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) caused by SARS-CoV-2, which has reached a pandemic status. Therefore, the latest scientific publications in the field of the conducted research on the subject matter were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, industries that lost and gained within a year from the appearance of the corona-crisis were selected.

Celem artykułu jest ustalenie skutków pandemii koronawirusa (COVID-19) w sferze makroi mezoekonomicznej w kontekście znaczenia innowacji dla gospodarek państw. Pojawienie się wirusa SARS-CoV-2 i jego znaczne rozprzestrzenienie szybko wpłynęło na społeczne oraz ekonomiczne aspekty codziennego życia ludzi na całym świecie. Działania, jakie podejmowały rządy państw, stały się egzogenicznym szokiem dla znacznej części podmiotów gospodarczych. Utrzymujący się stan kryzysu wywołany pandemią COVID-19 prowadzi do refleksji nad dotychczasową produkcją oraz konsumpcją. Dokonując obserwacji rzeczywistości, zauważono lukę badawczą i potrzebę analizy znaczenia innowacyjności w procesach gospodarczych w obecnej walce z chorobą koronawirusa (COVID-19) wywołaną przez SARS-CoV-2, która osiągnęła status pandemii. W związku z tym analizie poddano najnowsze publikacje naukowe w zakresie realizowanych badań podjętej tematyki. W wyniku dokonanej analizy wyłoniono branże, które straciły oraz zyskały w ciągu roku od pojawienia się koronakryzysu.
