The purpose of this article is to present the problem of flirting and romance in the workplace, especially the consequences of sexual harassment. This paper presents the development of the organizational climate creating by flirting and romance at work. It also presents the issue of sexual harassment by defining the concept, forms and types. The study identifies the determinants of sexual harassment related to the organization. The article is also a theoretical basis for the research on the behaviours associated with the perception of flirting and sexual harassment by employees.

Rozważania w artykule poruszają zagadnienia wywierania wpływu społecznego i wskazują na ścisłe zależności pomiędzy efektywnością władzy, a mechanizmami wywierania wpływu.

This paper presents a theoretical approach to the problems of management in the organization: issues of context, sources, efficiency and dysfunction in the management of the organization. Przedmiotem rozważań w artykule jest problem motywacji do pracy. Artykuł porusza zagadnienia dotyczące pojęcia motywacji, teorii motywacji oraz motywatorów do pracy. Artykuł składa się z dwóch części, w części pierwszej omówiono założenia teoretyczne charakteryzujące zagadnienie motywacji, druga część prezentuje wyniki badań studentów studiów niestacjonarnych, ukazując znaczenie określonych motywatorów do pracy u osób, które oprócz wykonywania pracy zarobkowej podjęły dodatkowy trud związany ze zdobywaniem nowych kompetencji, wiedzy i umiejętności.

The work motivation is the core subject of the article. The concept of motivation, theory of motivation and work motivators are presented as the theoretical background in the first part of the article. Second part presents student research results identifying work motivators. Participants were employees who, along the paid work, made an effort to gain new competences, knowledge and skills. The meaning of subjective work motivators is described.

Celem przygotowanego artykułu było sprawdzenie, czy Polak jest posłuszny autorytetowi (którego reprezentację stanowi mundur policyjny). Czy ekspozycja munduru policyjnego jest wystarczającym czynnikiem, który skłoni badanych do zachowań zgodnych z przepisami prawa o ruchu drogowym? Autorytet został utożsamiony z mundurem policyjnym, ponieważ prawo do noszenia uniformu pod groźbą sankcji karnych mają wyłącznie policjanci, którzy z powodu roli zawodowej mają prawo do egzekwowania posłuszeństwa od jednostek czy grup reprezentujących społeczeństwo. Badanie przeprowadzono w jednym z największych miast Dolnego Śląska w kwietniu 2016 roku, uczestnikami eksperymentu naturalnego stały się osoby przechodzące przez przejście dla pieszych na jednym ze skrzyżowań ulic o dużym natężeniu ruchu. Eksperyment naturalny odbywał się przy nieświadomym współudziale policjantów, których zadaniem było rutynowe patrolowanie przejścia dla pieszych. Wyniki eksperymentu okazują się interesujące, ponieważ zauważono związek pomiędzy ekspozycją munduru policyjnego a skłonnością do przestrzegania przepisów o ruchu drogowym.

The goal of this article was to check whether the Pole is obedient to authority (which is a represented by a police uniform)? Is uniform exposure sufficient factor, which convinces respondents to behave in line with the law on road traffic safety? The authority has been identified with a police uniform, because the right to wear the uniform under the threat of criminal sanctions have only policemen. Because of the professional role they have the right to enforce obedience from individuals or groups representing civil society. The study was conducted in one of the largest towns in Lower Silesia (Poland), in the month of April 2016. The participants of the natural experiment were people passing through the crossing on one of the intersections with heavy traffic. Natural experiment took place at the unwitting complicity of police officers, their task was a routine patrolling crosswalks. The results of the experiment prove to be interesting, because the association between exposure of police uniform and the tendency to comply with traffic regulations had been observed.
