The article is an attempt to apply the theatrical category of props to the analysis of Michał Głowiński’s literary texts. Using it, the author of the article draws attention to the important role of objects and their representations in the memoir and reflective prose of the author of „Tsar’s Cup” („Carska filiżanka”). He analyzes their degrees of meaning and the functions they fulfill.

Zostaje wykorzystana, by zwrócić uwagę na ważną rolę przedmiotów i ich przedstawień w prozie wspomnieniowo-refleksyjnej autora "Carskiej filiżanki". W tekście analizowane są ich stopnie znaczeniowe i pełnione funkcje.
