The article presents development of executive legislation in Russia as part of permanent reforms of Rusisian law. That reforms began with enaction of federal act of bailiffs and federal act of executive procedure in 1997. The paper shows the system of executive legislation and it’s constitutional and international law’s ground, conections with substantive law and court practice. The Author claims that reforms of executive legislature influence on conducting researches and developing of legal executive doctrine in Russia.
