Like cults of other saints, the worship of St Stanislaus may be studied in many aspects. One of those are patrocinia, i.e. the summoning of the patron saints of churches, chapels and altars. The reference date is the date of the canonization of St Stanislaus (17 September 1253), since from that day onwards we may speak of his patrocinia.

Kult św. Stanisława podobnie jak kulty innych świętych badać można w wielu aspektach. Jednym z nich są patrocinia, czyli wezwania świętych patronów kościołów, kaplic, ołtarzy. Datą odniesienia jest dzień kanonizacji św. Stanisława (17 wrzesień 1253 r.), bowiem od tego momentu można mówić o jego patrociniach.
