Systemy CRM, a systemy klasy EDI

After a short discussion of some problems connected with applied of EDI the paper presents the role of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as a convenient link between EDI and environment. There is a natural necessity of symbiosis in functioning of both systems on the one hand and lack of common platform for its realization on the other hand. In paper was proposed to use DIANA methodology as a filling this gap.

Na tle omówienia problemów związanych z wdrażaniem systemów klasy EDI, przedstawiono rolą systemów CRM (Customer Relationship Management - systemy zarządzania kontaktami z klientami), jako wygodnego ogniwa łączącego EDI z otoczeniem. Wykazano naturalną potrzebą symbiozy funkcjonowania tych dwóch systemów, a jednocześnie brak wspólnej platformy do jej realizacji. Zaproponowano wykorzystanie metodyki DIANA do wypełnienia tej luki.
