The aim of the paper is presenting talented employees in the light of classical approach. Article shows that classics’ were considering the importance of talent employees on working and managing position. There is presented the concept of K. Heeler, which according to current terminology might be considered as the first in polish literature list of the talented employees’ attributes. Final part of the paper is focused on the synthesis of classical and most representative modern approaches.
