An axiological experience of a child at the level of intellect, will and emotions is organised by adults who are important in the child’s life. The personalistic vision of man proposed in this paper – as the most convincing from the point of view of the child’s personal development – accepts the personal dignity and the empowerment of a child as unquestionable values but does not assume the equal status of a child and adults in the context of axiological choices, i.e. it does not respect the absolutisation of freedom. A child collects the behaviour patterns which are offered by adults who have axiological reflective consciousness in contrast to a child who functions at the level of axiological emotional awareness. Therefore, the presence of authority figures and personality patterns is indispensable in the educational process.

Doświadczenie aksjologiczne dziecka na poziomie intelektu, woli i emocji organizowane jest przez ważnych w jego życiu dorosłych. Proponowana w artykule personalistyczna wizja człowieka – jako najbardziej nośna z punktu widzenia rozwoju osobowego dziecka – przyjmuje godność osobową i upodmiotowienie dziecka za niekwestionowane wartości, ale nie zakłada równorzędnej pozycji dziecka i dorosłych w kontekście wyborów aksjologicznych, tj. nie respektuje absolutyzacji wolności. Dziecko gromadzi wzory wartości, które oferowane są przez dorosłych, dysponujących aksjologiczną świadomością refleksyjną, w odróżnieniu od dziecka, które funkcjonuje na poziomie świadomości aksjologicznej emocjonalnej. Stąd niezbędna w procesie wychowania jest obecność autorytetów i wzorów osobowych.

Artykuł jest analizą wartości w zawodzie animatora kultury oraz prezentuje klasyfikacje wartości w animacji. Pokazuje świat wartości w zawodzie animatora kultury oraz istotę zawodu animatora w świetle kształtowania wartości pośród odbiorców kultury. Istotą w przekazie staje się osobisty pogląd na życie, który jest jednoznaczny z systemem wartości wcielanych w życiu prywatnym i zawodowym. Przesłanie, którym kieruje się autor (animator), – nie czynem, nie głosem, a sercem, którego dopełnieniem staje się myśl: Animatorze, animuj się sam – skierowane jest do animatorów kultury w aspekcie doskonalenia zawodowego i poprawy jakości pracy, ale i spokoju życia osobistego w kontekście zaprezentowanych wartości.

The author analyzes values which appear in the profession of a culture animator and presents classifications of values of animation. He shows the world of values in the profession of a culture animator, as well as the essence of this kind of career in the light of formation of values among receivers of culture. The essence in the message is one’s own view on life, which is tantamount to one’s own system of values in a private and professional life. The message which the author (animator) is governed by – not with action, not with voice, but with heart – and which is complemented with the thought – “Animator, animate yourself ” – is addressed to culture animators in the aspect of professional mastering and improving the quality of work, but also the peace of private life in the context of the values which are presented.
