W artykule analizuje się rozwój systemu kształcenia zawodowego przyszłych nauczycieli w obrębie noosferogenezy. Uzasadniono znaczenie orientacji noosferycznej systemu kształcenia zawodowego polegającej na formowaniu świadomości noosferycznej opartej na światopoglądzie noosferycznym. Złożona i wymagająca rola zawodu nauczycielskiego wymaga specyficznych umiejętności i predyspozycji, jakie musi posiadać współczesny nauczyciel, aby móc pracować w odpowiedzialny i godny sposób.

Shaping a society, in the modern world, requires from the teachers making more effort in the process of teaching and upbringing, as the dynamic development of civilization and the changes taking place in the modern society need different educational and educative look at the modern society than in previous years. Difficult and responsible role that teachers take requires from them special skills and predispositions, that should have every modern teacher to be able to work in such a responsible profession of public trust.
