Обґрунтовано мультирівневу струк- туру системи аграрно-промислового виробництва, виокремлюючи функціо- нально-галузевий, сировинно-продук- товий, регіональний, соціально-еконо- мічний, організаційно-управлінський рівні. Охарактеризовано функціональні зв’язки та синергічні взаємодії у вироб- ничо-технологічній системі АПК. До- ведено трансформування міжгалузевих та міжгосподарських трансакції в ме- жах АПК з ринкових форм до інтегра- ційних з організаційним оформленнямсистеми господарюючих суб’єктів у різні за масштабом аграрно-про- мислові формування. Проаналізовано об’єктивні передумови виникнення інтеграційних взаємодій в аграрному секторі, що дозволяють тлумачити їх як інструмент реалізації стратегії стало- го інноваційного розвитку. Дано нове тлумачення інтегрованого розвитку підприємств продуктових підкомплек- сів аграрного сектору, що є наслідком розширення взаємодій суб’єктів госпо- дарювання в межах послідовних стадій виробничо-розподільчого процесу за певними видом інтеграційних процесів під впливом специфічних груп факто- рів.

The multilevel structure of the system of agro – industrial production was grounded, pointing out the functional and branch, raw and product, regional, socio – economic as well as organizational and managerial levels. The functional relationships and synergistic interactions in the industrial and technological system of AIC were characterized. The transformation of inter - branch and inter – economic transactions from the market forms into the integration ones with the organizational design of the business entities system into the agro - industrial formations of different scale within the AIC was proved. The objective prerequisites of the integration interactions emergence in agriculture, that allow interpret them as a tool to implement the strategy of sustainable innovation, were analyzed. The new interpretation of the integrated development of enterprises of food sub-complexes of the agricultural sector was given, resulting from the expansion of the interactions of entities within the successive stages of the production and distribution process for specific type of integration process influenced by the specific groups of factors.
