The paper presents an analysis of Berdyaev’s perception of Leontyev’s system of philosophical, aesthetic and religious views, taking into account the evolution of his thinking, the controversial and extraordinary personality of Leontyev in the context of social realities of the second half of the 19th century and in the context of theoretical constructions of representatives of Russian idealistic philosophy.
