The article presents concepts of complementary education. It specifies the characteristic features of this didactic concept such as individuality, subjectivity and turning towards modern education techniques. The relationship between complementary education and didactic tradition is underlined. The authors also point to the links between education and its axiological perspective.

Niniejszy artykuł prezentuje koncepcje kształcenia komplementarnego. Wskazuje on na cechy charakterystyczne dla tej koncepcji dydaktycznej takie jak: indywidualność, podmiotowość, zwrócenie się w kierunku nowoczesnych technik edukacji. Podkreślony jest związek kształcenia komplementarnego z tradycją dydaktyczną. Autorzy wskazują również na związki kształcenia z jego perspektywą aksjologiczną.

Обозначены характерные особенности дидактической концепции, такие как индивидуальность, субъективность и обращение к современным методам обучения. Подчеркнута взаимосвязь между дополнительным образованием и дидактической традицией. Авторы также указывают на связь между образованием и его аксиологической перспективой.

Artykuł koncentruje się na kwestii współtworzenia wartości w szkolnictwie wyższym. W części teoretycznej artykułu przedstawiono przegląd literatury przedmiotu z zakresu definicyjnego i procesowego podejścia do współtworzenia wartości. Natomiast w części badawczej przeprowadzono analizę wyników badania jakościowego, które koncentrowało się na percepcji dydaktyki przez dwie grupy uczestników tego procesu: studentów i pracowników naukowych wykazując podobieństwa i różnice w podejściu poszczególnych grup badanych.

The paper focuses on the process of value co-creation in higher education. In the theoretical part of the paper, the author presents a review of literature on the definition and process of value co-creation. In the empirical part, she presents results of a qualitative study which focused on the perception of didactic process by two groups of participants: students and lecturers and emphasises similarities and differences in the approach of both groups.

Статья сосредоточивается на вопросе совместного созидания ценности в системе высшего образования. В теоретической части статьи представили обзор литературы предмета с точки зрения подхода в области дефиниции и процесса к овместному созиданию ценности, в исследовательской же части провели анализ результатов качественного изучения, которое сосредоточивалось на восприятии дидактики двумя группами участников этого процесса: студентами и научными работниками, указывая сходства и отличия в подходе отдельных обследуемых групп.

For some years now scientists have been dealing with multi- and intercultural phenomena. After presenting definitions of interculturalism and the integration policy in Germany for foreigners in the 70s, the author states that nowadays teachers start to understand the problem of migration and therefore multicultural and -lingual classrooms better. Many teachers try to take advantage of an additional culture/ language as a certain value. How to start dealing with those subjects and to motivate students to think these topics over is shown on the example of two films, a German one (Italian immigrants and their life for twenty years in Germany) and an Austrian film from the early 90s (an Iranian guy, former German teacher in his home country, comes to Vienna, taking his teenaged son and sister with him and tries hard to start a new life in Vienna. It is stated that a teacher can work with a film as a medium to reach his goal of discussing the current global topic foreign cultures.
