В статье проведено исследование текущей ситуации в масложировом подкомплексе АПК, угроз, с которыми сталкиваются предприятия и пути их решения. Осуществлен структурный анализ производства и видов продукции. Рассмотрены значение отрасли, исследованы организационно - экономические особенности функционирования предприятий подкомплекса в экономике страны.

In this article the research has been made about current situation in Oil and Fat Subcomplex of AIC (Agrarian Industrial Complex), threats with which enterprises face and ways to cope with them. The structural analysis of production and products has been done. The role of the sector has been reviewed, the organizational - economical peculiarities of the functioning of enterprises in the subcomplex in the country’s economy was examined.
