W XVIII edycji konkursu „Lider Zarządzania Zasobami Ludzkimi” (LZZL) uczestnicy zaprezentowali szereg nowatorskich rozwiązań będących reakcją na zmiany zachodzące zarówno w samych organizacjach, jak i w ich otoczeniu. Wielu menedżerów zarządzających firmami okazało się być świadomych, że obszar HR jako pierwszy powinien odpowiedzieć na wyzwania przekształcającego się środowiska pracy. Przygotowując się do zmian, pamiętali także o wchodzącym na rynek pracy pokoleniu Millenium. Wielu z nich, dostosowując firmę do zachodzących zmian, podniosło rangę działu HR w strukturze przedsiębiorstwa i włączyło go do działań związanych z optymalizacją realizowanych procesów. W artykule prezentujemy wybrane projekty w obszarze HR, zrealizowane przez organizacje, które w XVIII edycji konkursu „Lider Zarządzania Zasobami Ludzkimi” otrzymały certyfikat „Profesjonalne ZZL”.

Participants in the 18th edition of the Human Resource Management Leader Competition have presented a number of innovative solutions that respond to changes occurring both in the organizations and in their environment. Many managers are aware that HR should be the first to respond to the challenges of a changing work environment. In preparing for change, they should also take into account the Millennials now entering the labor market. The importance of the HR department in a company’s structure has increased. Very often it now encompasses activities involving process optimization in the organization. It provides the company with support in preparing for a new reality. The article presents selected HR projects that have been implemented in organizations awarded the “Professional HRM” certificate as a part of the 18th edition of the Human Resource Management Leader Competition.
