Adult catechesis should lead to deepening of their faith. This happens at the intellect level and the level of relationship (strong bond with God). The general goal is to get the answer to the question posed in the title: does a modern adult man need to be more careful about relationship or knowledge on the path of catechesis? Documents and theological reflection teach us: faith is the personal adherence of man to God. Thomas Aquinas said that faith is an act of intellect. To look for answers, it must be said that both these levels are equally important. Even more, both these realities must develop and grow in parallel. It is the only way for the proper and mature catechesis of adults.
