Artykuł składa się z trzech części. W pierwszej części opisana została geneza ruchu strzeleckiego, historia Związku w dwudziestoleciu między wojennym oraz dzieje powojenne „Strzelca”. W drugiej części przedstawiona została historia Jednostki Strzeleckiej 2019 im. gen. Tadeusza Piskora w Tomaszowie Lubelskim. W części trzeciej zaprezentowano współpracę Jednostki Strzeleckiej z Placówkami Straży Granicznej w regionie działalności Jednostki Strzeleckiej 2019.

The article is divided into three parts. Part one describes the origins of the shooting movement and the activities of the organization in the interwar and post-war periods. Part two recounts the operation of the General Tadeusz Piskor 2019 Shooting Unit from Tomaszow Lubelski. the last part tells of the collaboration between the Shooting Unit and the Border Guard.
