The question posed in the title of this article can be answered in the positive. Firstly, this knowledge relates to a separate field of studies and commands analytical research methods. Secondly, the studies of economic policies have produced a sizable academic output written by a numerous group of authors. The field of studies is constituted by political realities in the sphere of economic life, that is, by the activities of the national and self-government authorities. This observation may even incline one to claim that the knowledge about economic policies to a greater extent belongs to the political sciences than to economic ones. The contents and the relevance of this knowledge can be verified or falsified by approaches derived from Karl Popper. It can be termed economic politology. It remains an open question, however, if scientific paradigms in the sense of Thomas Kuhn, can be formulated within it?
