The presented article deals with the subject of agreement dissolution in the Polish civil code system and it is especially aimed at formulating its definition and consequences. The work contains a description of practical use of the discussed institution in the civil and legal turnover. The article is an attempt to respond to some selected doubts appearing in the doctrine in connection with agreement dissolution. Comparative comments made in the publication enable the placement of agreement dissolution in a broader context of presented solutions adopted in other legal systems.
