The article shows the constrains of CRP (Capacity Requirements Planning) module of MRPII/ERP system and the possibility to complement this functionality by advanced planning and scheduling systems. The final part of the article is an example of the implementation of this system.

W artykule przedstawione zostały główne cechy łódzkiego rynku pracy w kontekście realizacji zadań z zakresu wdrażania rozwiązań aktywnej polityki społecznej. Proces przekształcania klasycznej polityki społecznej i odchodzenie od jej osłonowego charakteru i instrumentów pasywnych na rzecz aktywizacji, reaktywacji zawodowej, reintegracji społecznej zapoczątkowane zostały w latach 90. ubiegłego stulecia. W artykule analizie została poddana regionalna gospodarka, rynek pracy, które w istotny sposób wpływają na możliwość realizacji założeń ASP. Celem zatem jest analiza działań aktywizujących i osłonowych wobec jednostek będących w trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy w województwie łódzkim w kontekście sytuacji gospodarczej regionu.

The paper presents the main attribute of lodz voivodeship labour market in the context of realization solutions of the active social policy. In years of 90. last century one began the process of transformations of the classical social policy in the interest of the activation, the professional reactivation, and the social reintegration. In the paper resolve the regional economy, the labour market which influence to a possibility of realisation ASP foundations. The main aim of the paper is the analysis of activities activating and protection the people being in difficult position on labour market in lodz voivodeship.

Contemporary variability of the environment and market dynamics force enterprises to optimize operations in the supply chain. Advanced IT systems such as the Advanced Planning System are a powerful tool that supports many areas in supply chain management. An efficient supply chain is a key element in gaining a competitive advantage in the market. Therefore, the foundation of the material and information flow regulation in manufacturing enterprises is the efficient exchange of information with both the internal and external environment of the organization. The article presents the optimization process of complex operations taking place in the supply chain by implementing the Advanced Planning System in the examined enterprise. It also enumerates significant benefits resulting from the implementation.
