Artykuł prezentuje główne zasady metodologii integralnej opartej na teorii integralnej Kena Wilbera. Przedstawia model AQAL i jego kluczowe elementy: wszystkie ćwiartki, wszystkie poziomy, wszystkie linie, stany i typy. Następnie – ogniskując się na koncepcji czterech ćwiartek – wskazuje wybrane przykłady ich zastosowań praktycznych, włączając użycie ćwiartek jako narzędzia skanowania i mapowania oraz mapy wielorakich, przeplatających się czynników przyczyniających się do epidemii HIV/AIDS. Artykuł kończy opis charakterystycznych cech Integralnego Pluralizmu Metodologicznego, jako złożonej wersji czterech ćwiartek.

This article presents the major principles of integral methodology, which is based on Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory. It introduces the AQAL model and its core elements: all quadrants, all levels, all lines, states, and types. Then, focusing on the concept of the four quadrants, it shows selected examples of how the quadrants are used in practice, including the use of quadrants as a scanning and mapping device, and a map of multiple, interlocking factors that contribute to the HIV/AIDS epidemic. The article ends with a description of the main features of Integral Methodological Pluralism as a complex version of Wilber’s four quadrants.
