According to Abhidhamma, a culture specific ethical-psychological system which inspired a psychotherapeutical approach of satitherapy, trust is one of the key proficiencies of the mind. The case study demonstrates the development of client´s proficiencies of healthily grounded trust in the process of psychotherapy through cultivation of mindfulness and the growth of client´s competences to cope more ably with daily life.

V pojetí kulturně specifického eticko-psychologického systému abhidhamma, ze kterého vychází psychoterapeutický směr satiterapie, je důvěra jednou z klíčových schopností mysli. Text kazuistiky ukazuje, jak je v terapeutickém procesu na podkladě kultivace všímavosti rozvíjena klientova schopnost zdravě podložené důvěry a jak směřuje k růstu kompetencí klienta dovedně zvládat každodenní život.
