The research results indicate that members of innovation networks are characterized by flexibility and external strategic orientation to the greatest extent. Furthermore, based on the identified cultural features characteristic for network members it was possible to find out that their organizational culture models are the most convergent with clan culture and the least consistent with hierarchy culture.
