Omówiono sytuację sektora przedsiębiorstw w Polsce na tle sektora przedsiębiorstw Unii Europejskiej. Zanalizowano wsparcie rozwoju przedsiębiorczości ze środków europejskich. Dla porównania przedstawiono analizę SWOT polskich MSP po przystąpieniu do UE.

Polish entry into the European Union Structures has brought about many changes thus companies entered one common market. Poland as a member of the EU has gained access to European funds available within operational programmes which support small and medium enterproses development. This sector plays a particular role in Polish economy development. The most complex system of support in years 2004-2006 secured Sector Operation Programme - Competitiveness Development (SPO-WKP). In years 2007-2013 within Operationa Programme - Innovative Economy all activities within product innovation (products and services) prcess innovation, marketing and organization inn product and service sectors which enhance starting and development of innovative enterprises. Yet within Regional Operation Programmes and Operation Programme of Easter Poland Development it is predicted that subsidies for innovation shall carry small factor o diversion. (original abstract)

Ostatnie lata obfitują w nowe regulacje w zakresie rachunkowości NGOs w Polsce. Zwłaszcza nowelizacje ustawy o rachunkowości z 2014 i 2015 r. przyniosły wiele bardzo istotnych zmian. Celem artykułu jest ocena wpływu wprowadzonych zmian na funkcjonowanie organizacji pozarządowych w Polsce. Do wnioskowania na temat mocnych i słabych stron, a także szans i zagrożeń wynikających z zastosowania przez NGOs znowelizowanych przepisów ustawy o rachunkowości wykorzystana została metoda analizy SWOT.

Recent years abound in the new regulations on NGOs accounting in Poland. The amendments to the Accounting Act of 2014 and 2015 in particular brought a number of very significant changes. This article aims to assess the impact of the changes on the functioning of NGOs in Poland. The method of SWOT analysis has been used for inference about the strengths and weaknesses as well as the opportunities and threats arising from the use of the amended provisions of the Accounting Act by NGOs.

Współcześnie jednym z najważniejszych narzędzi IT wspomagających kierownictwo w podejmowaniu decyzji są systemy Business Intelligence (BI). Dynamiczny rozwój w obszarze IT, rosnące potrzeby odbiorców oraz wzrastająca konkurencja wśród dostawców rozwiązań informatycznych przyczyniły się do powstania nowych form nabycia i użytkowania systemów BI. Alternatywą dla tradycyjnego modelu (on premise), który bazuje na własnych zasobach IT odbiorcy, jest możliwość nabycia i użytkowania systemów BI w chmurze obliczeniowej. W artykule na wstępie omówiono rolę i znaczenie tych systemów oraz przedstawiono zarys problematyki przetwarzania w chmurze obliczeniowej. Następnie nakreślono krótką charakterystykę systemów BI udostępnianych w chmurze obliczeniowej. Wskazano przykłady oraz zaprezentowano listę krajowych i międzynarodowych systemów BI oferowanych w publicznej chmurze obliczeniowej. W końcowej części przedstawiono analizę SWOT identyfikującą mocne i słabe strony oraz szanse i zagrożenia dla systemów BI oferowanych w publicznej chmurze obliczeniowej.

Currently one of the most important IT tools supporting management in the decision making are Business Intelligence systems. Dynamic development in the area of IT, growing needs of recipients and the increasing competition among suppliers of IT solutions, contributed to the rising of new forms of purchase and utilization of Business Intelligence systems. An alternative for the traditional model (on premise) which bases itself on own IT resources of the recipient, is the possibility of purchase and utilization of Business Intelligence systems in the cloud. In the article the role and meaning of Business Intelligence systems were discussed together with the outline of cloud computing problems. Then a brief characteric of Business Intelligence systems made available in the cloud was presented. There were indicated examples and the list of domestic and international Business Intelligence systems offered in the public cloud. In the final part the SWOT analysis was presented, identifying strong and weak points, opportunities and threats for Business Intelligence systems offered in the public cloud.

The significance of transport results from the multilateral links it has with all forms of activity. Transportation is an activity that may influence the development of the whole economy. It may affect its stimulation or inhibit its growth. In Poland, due to the convenient location in the centre of Europe and at the intersection of major transportation routes, are created good condition for transit service and development of TSL companies. However, there is no coherent and well-functioning transport system, integrated with European and global, which inhibit the development of global trade. Polish transport SWOT analysis indicates its strength, which can be properly used and will increase the opportunities and will avoid risks of development.

Celem artykułu jest określenie możliwości rozwoju finansowania opartego na mechanizmach rynkowych w sektorze ekonomii społecznej. Realizacji postawionego celu posłużyło zaprezentowanie czynników determinujących dostęp podmiotów społecznych do potencjalnych źródeł kapitału oraz struktury finansowania przedsiębiorczości społecznej w Polsce. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na działalność społecznych instytucji finansowych, funduszy pożyczkowych i poręczeniowych, a także nowe programy wsparcia na bazie instrumentów inżynierii finansowej. Możliwości wykorzystania instrumentów rynkowych w finansowaniu sektora ekonomii społecznej zostały zidentyfikowane i przedstawione w ujęciu analizy SWOT. (abstrakt oryginalny)

This article discusses determinants of access for social enterprises to potential sources of capital and financing structure of social entrepreneurship in Poland. Particular attention was paid to activity of social finance institution, loan and guarantee funds, as well as new support programs based on financial engineering instruments. The possibility of applying market-based instruments in the financing of the social economy sector have been identified and described in terms of a SWOT analysis. (original abstract)
