Organizacje zauważając ten trend technologiczny, wykazują coraz większe zainteresowanie wdrożeniem tego typu rozwiązań w swojej działalności. Artykuł przedstawia zagadnienia związane z charakterystyką botów, elementami związanymi z ich konstrukcją oraz platformami, które można użyć do ich tworzenia. Ponadto prezentuje możliwe obszary zastosowań botów w organizacjach.

Research achievements in the field of artificial intelligence, especially in the field of natural language processing, have led to a dynamic development of the software market related to bots, i.e. systems simulating human behavior. Organizations also note this technological trend and show increasing interest in implementing this type of solutions in their activities. The article presents issues related to the characteristics of bots, elements related to their construction and platforms that can be used to create them. Moreover, it presents possible areas of bot application in organizations.
