The basic content of the article regards extreme opinions on attitudes and behaviours of partners who cooperate together in economic processes – employers and employees. These opinions are defined as extreme because they present in an extremely negative light a picture of the partner, without whom the very processes could not occur. The economic and socio-psychological conditioning of expressed opinions is a foundation of labour relations. It is against this background, which includes mainly relations between labour and capital, that an attempt to explain the factors shaping the opinions was made.
