Wykorzystanie metamodelu do prognozy rentowności ex ante bankowego projektu inwestycyjnego

Celem pracy jest przedstawienie wyników badań nad konstrukcją metamodelu jako narzędzia służącego do bieżącej oceny bankowego projektu inwestycyjnego. Głównym efektem inwestycji w nowy projekt bankowy jest tzw. portfel klientów, który cechuje się odpowiednią strukturą ryzyka i rentownością. Dzięki odpowiednio szybko i dokładnie działającemu narzędziu do szacowania rentowności ex ante można dokonywać bieżącej oceny rentowności nowo sprzedawanych produktów bankowych, w szczególności kredytów. Dokonywane na tej podstawie decyzje dotyczące parametrów cenowych i ryzyka pozwalają tworzyć odpowiednio rentowny portfel, co wpływa na wartość budowanego banku.

The aim of this paper is to present the results of research on the metamodel as a tool for ongoing evaluation of a bank investment project. The main result of investment in a new banking project is the so-called a customer portfolio that has a suitable risk structure and profitability. Thanks to the fast and accurate ex ante profitability tool, an ongoing assessment of the profitability of new banking products, especially loans, is possible. On this basis, price and risk pricing decisions allows to create a reasonably profitable portfolio that affects the value of the bank beeing built.
