Przedsiębiorczość międzynarodowa w kontekście wczesnej internacjonalizacji MSP

Niniejszy artykuł, o charakterze przeglądowym, ma na celu omówienie przedsiębiorczości międzynarodowej w kontekście wczesnej internacjonalizacji małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw na podstawie wtórnych źródeł informacji opublikowanych w latach 2002-2016. W toku analiz ustalono, że współczesne przedsiębiorstwa w celu osiągnięcia i utrzymania przewagi konkurencyjnej coraz częściej decydują się na wczesną internacjonalizację. Born global czy international new ventures to bardzo często małe i średnie przedsiębiorstwa, które odgrywają istotną rolę w kształtowaniu gospodarki. Wśród czynników wpływających na umiędzynarodowienie organizacji należy wyróżnić umiejętności z zakresu przedsiębiorczości międzynarodowej menadżerów, postęp technologiczny, zmiany warunków funkcjonowania rynków oraz zmiany warunków politycznych funkcjonowania gospodarki światowej. Przeprowadzone dotychczas badania i studia przypadków udowodniły, że także na polskim rynku funkcjonują born globals, z powodzeniem konkurując z największymi globalnymi firmami.

The aim of this article is to discuss international entrepreneurship in the context of the early internationalization of small and medium-sized enterprises based on secondary sources of information published over the period 2002-2016. Across the studies covered by this paper, it was found that modern companies, in order to achieve and maintain competitive advantage, choose early internationalization. SME are born global or international new venture very often and they play a significant role in creating the economy. Among the factors influencing the organization’s internationalization, we should noted: the skills of international entrepreneurship, technological progress, changes in market conditions and changes in the political conditions of the functioning of the world economy. The research and case studies conducted that also on the polish market are born globals, which successfully competing with the largest global companies.
