Celem niniejszego artykułu jest próba oceny ujawnień na temat modelu biznesu w raportach zintegrowanych publikowanych przez spółki publiczne w Polsce. Autorzy przeanalizowali raporty zintegrowane spółek publicznych notowanych w ramach indeksów WIG30 i mWIG40 za lata 2013-2015. W tym celu wykorzystano metody badawcze takie jak analiza literatury przedmiotu, analiza publikacji korporacyjnych, analiza treści (content analysis) oraz analiza porównawczą.

The purpose of this article is to attempt to assess the amount of business model disclosures in integrated reports published by public companies in Poland. The authors analyzed integrated reports of public companies listed in the indexes WIG30 and mWIG40 published for the years 2013-2015. For this purpose, uses research methods such as literature analysis, the corporate publishing analysis, content analysis and comparative analysis.
