The article is an attempt to apply the chaos theory in the management of company. Limits of company, process of management, corporate structure in line with selected functions within the company are focus areas. Following a concept of fractals, company's territory is larger. Bearing in mind a chaos theory, the long term planning should include irregular opportunities and threats. According to a chaos theory, the plan should exclude the long-term cycles. On the way from order to chaos, the appearance of the edge of chaos should be taken into account. Bifurcation points could be included as the interesting option for the control system. The nonlinearity offers an interesting alternative to analysis of new product developments. From the point of view of the finance department, the liquidity could be observed in the light of the chaos theory.
