The study is set up to examine Hausa terms and concepts used over the Nigeria electronic media. Specifically the study analyses the use of Hausa in the eastern Hausa dialect area where we sample Plateau and Adamawa States in Nigeria. Through various instruments of research, the study comes up with various performances of the Hausa Broadcasters in terms of IOVs, IOAs, IOCs, and IOIs. The study identifies that there are various degrees of variations among Hausa Broadcasters in the use of terms and concepts in the electronic media in the non-Hausa dialect area. These variations are observed at different levels i.e. among Hausa Broadcasters in the same electronic media within the same dialect area and across electronic media. These variations occasion various degrees of performances among Hausa Broadcasters in terms of IOAs. The study further identifies various degrees of performances in terms of IOCs, which result in various degrees of performances in terms of IOIs. The performances of the Hausa Broadcasters result in confusions and breakdown of communication as reported by Hausa listeners. These variations and inconsistencies in the use of Hausa terms and concepts over the electronic media are tied up to various factors. The lack of a language monitoring body saddled with the responsibility of supervising Hausa language development in the media may be the cause of such discrepancies in the use of terms of concepts over the electronic media in the non-Hausa dialect area.

This article presents the upgraded Organic Multilevel Model 2.0 (OMM2) initially proposed by Oller in 2016. OMM2 underlines organic analysis principles, focusing on dynamic, comparative and diverse perspectives. It offers a methodology tailored for studying communication and media in developing nations, especially those with evolving intermedia journalistic cultures, emerging or fragile democracies, and autocratic governance. Particularly applicable to nations recently joining the EU, like those in Southern, Central, and Eastern Europe (SCEE), OMM2 aids in analyzing journalism, media monitoring, and political communication in these regions. These countries, often characterized by political upheaval and historical events like colonialism (e.g., Eastern Bloc), are the focus of the MEDIADELCOM project. Media assessment entities in these areas are part of a larger network encompassing diverse societal facets. In the SCEE context, deliberative communication signifies collective decision-making through public discourse, recognizing diverse opinions. Utilizing OMM2 for a comparative study of media monitoring is crucial to comprehend deliberative discussions in these EU-associated European democracies.

Background: This paper finds initial basic feasible solution and optimal solution to the transportation problem by using MAM's (Monalisha's Approximation Method). Methods: Using the concept of comparison of the transportation problem by other methods of solution, the paper introduces a very effective method in terms of cost and time for solving these problems. This paper extends transportation problem by using different method of obtaining both initial basic feasible solution and optimal solution simultaneously other than existing methods. Results and conclusions: It is presented a cost saving and less time consuming and accurate method for obtaining the best optimal solution of the transportation problem. With the problem assumptions, the optimal solution can still be theoretically solved using the existing methods. Finally, numerical examples and sensitivity analysis are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results, and to gain additional managerial insights.

Wstęp: W pracy zostało przedstawione rozwiązanie problemu transportowego przy zastosowaniu MAM (metody przybliżeń Monalishy). Metody: Poprzez porównanie rozwiązania problemu transportowego z innymi możliwymi rozwiązaniami, została zaprezentowana metoda efektywnie uwzględniająca takie czynniki jak koszt i czas. Metoda ta rozwiązywania problemu transportowego stosuje inne podejście dla uzyskania rozwiązania bazowego, jaki i optymalnego w porównaniu do innych istniejących metod.
