W opracowaniu przedstawiono zależność między rentownością a płynnością spółek branży cukierniczej notowanych na Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie. Rentowność mierzono wskaźnikami rentowności sprzedaży, majątku i kapitału własnego, natomiast za miary płynności przyjęto wskaźnik płynności bieżącej, przyśpieszonej i płynności gotówkowej.

In the study was described a relation between the profitability and the floating capiatal of the confectioner's companies quoted on Stock Exchange in Warsaw. Profitability was being measured with profitability ratios of the sale, assets and the equity, however for measures of the floating capital was accepted accelerated, current floating ratios and cash flow.
