Planowanie operacyjne jest elementem składowym oraz jednocześnie etapem końcowym jednolitego systemu planowania przedsiębiorstwa. Ma dwojaki charakter: z jednej strony jest częścią systemu planowania na przedsiębiorstwie, zawierającego opracowanie różnych w aspekcie działalności przedsiębiorstwa pod względem treści rodzajów planów: strategicznych, taktycznych, operacyjnych, z drugiej strony, planowanie operacyjne jest jedną z funkcji zarządzania operacyjnego. W artykule są omawiane charakter i podejścia metodyczne do planowania operacyjnego w budownictwie.

Operational planning is a component and at the same time a final stage of a company planning unified system. It has a dual nature: on the one hand it is a part of a company planning system including the development of different kinds of plans in strategic, tactical and operational aspects of company business activity; on the other hand, operational planning is a function of operational management. The nature and methodological approaches tom operational planning in construction are discussed in the article.
