Controlling procesów biznesowych w systemie controllingu przedsiębiorstwa – wybrane aspekty

W artykule zaprezentowano różne podejścia w zakresie definiowania controllingu i controllingu procesów biznesowych. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na cel i zakres ich stosowania. W przypadku controllingu procesów biznesowych dodatkowo wyeksponowano orientacje, funkcje i zadania. Controlling procesów biznesowych może aktywnie wspomagać menedżerów procesów poprzez dostarczanie im wiarygodnych, aktualnych, przydatnych i tworzonych w odpowiedniej formie informacji. Natomiast z punktu widzenia przedsiębiorstwa zorientowanego procesowo powinien dodatkowo wspierać zarządzanie procesami w obszarze: identyfikacji procesów, ich pomiaru, analizy, kontroli i doskonalenia. Celem artykułu było przedstawienie roli controllingu procesów biznesowych w systemie controllingu przedsiębiorstwa. Realizacja tak postawionego celu wiązała się z wykorzystaniem krytycznego przeglądu literatury jako podstawowej metody badawczej.

The article presents different approaches in defining controlling and process- -oriented business controlling. Particular attention was paid to the goal and their scope of application. In the case of process-oriented business controlling the orientations, functions and tasks were also highlighted. This kind of controlling could actively support process managers by providing them reliable, up-to-date and useful information. From the point of view of the process-oriented company, it should further support process management in the area of process identification, measurement, analysis, control and improvement. The purpose of this article was to present the role of process-oriented business controlling in enterprise controlling system. Implementation of this objective was associated with the using of the critical review of the literature as the primary method of research.
