Koszty są tym parametrem ekonomicznym charakteryzującym działalność jednostek gospodarczych, który kształtuje się pod wpływem wielu czynników. To powoduje występowanie ryzyka dotyczącego poziomu kosztów, jakie będą poniesione w przyszłości. Rodzi to określone problemy dla szacowania kosztów podejmowanej i prowadzonej działalności gospodarczej. Modelem rachunku kosztów nastawionym na to szacowanie jest rachunek kosztów postulowanych. Niniejszym artykuł ukazuje problem pomiaru kosztów postulowanych przy uwzględnieniu występującego ryzyka. W artykule ukazano wpływ ryzyka na kształtowanie się kosztów działalności przedsiębiorstwa. Zaproponowano sposób uwzględniania ryzyka w rachunku kosztów postulowanych. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na rolę analizy odchyleń kosztów poniesionych od kosztów postulowanych w szacowaniu ryzyka i kontroli w warunkach jego występowania.

Costs are an economic parameter characterising activities of business entities influenced by many factors. This results in the prevalence of risks regarding the cost levels to be incurred in the future. It creates particular problems for estimating the costs of the undertaken and conducted economic activities. The model of cost accounting adjusted to such estimations is postulated cost accounting. This article presents the problem of measuring the postulated costs while taking into account the risks involved. The article also shows the impact of risk on the formation of the cost of business. It includes a suggestion to take the risk into account when considering the postulated costs. Particular attention has been paid to the role of the analysis of the deviations of the costs incurred from the postulated costs in the risk assessment and control of the conditions of its occurrence.
