W niniejszym opracowaniu autorka podjęła próbę określenia roli dofinansowania wkładu do spółdzielni socjalnej z Funduszu Pracy i Państwowego Funduszu Rehabilitacji Osób Niepełnosprawnych jako instrumentów przeciwdziałania bezrobociu. W toku badań autorka ustaliła, że sektor spółdzielni socjalnych w Polsce rozwija się bardzo dynamicznie. Otrzymywanie wsparcie ze środków ww. funduszy celowych nie jest istotnym stymulatorem wzrostu zainteresowania przystępowaniem do spółdzielni socjalnych przez osoby bezrobotne. Gdy porównuje się udział obu funduszy celowych w procesie aktywizacji zawodowej osób bezrobotnych, widoczne jest nieco większe zainteresowanie dofinansowaniem ze środków Państwowego Funduszu Rehabilitacji Osób Niepełnosprawnych niż z Funduszu Pracy.

In this paper, the authoress has attempted to determine the role of financing to contribute to the social cooperative from the Labour Fund and the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons as instruments against unemployment. In this study, the author found that social cooperatives sector in Poland is growing very rapidly. Receiving support from the above funds are not an important stimulator of the growth of interest in joining cooperatives by the unemployed. Comparing the share of both funds earmarked in the process of activation of the unemployed is seen slightly more interest subsidized by the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons, than from the Labour Fund.
