Wartość to pojęcie rozpatrywane w ramach różnych dyscyplin naukowych. Interesująca z punktu widzenia miasta jest stosunkowo nowa koncepcja wartości regionu, którą można analogicznie rozpatrywać w kontekście miasta. Zgodnie z tą konc ep c ją wartość regionu tworzą wartości: finansowa, inwestycyjna, kapitału ludzkiego oraz społeczna. Opisana w ten sposób wartość je s t pojęciem wielowymiarowym. Celem pracy jest analiza możliwości i zasadności włączenia obszaru związanego z warunkami decydującymi o sprawności przemieszczania się mieszkańców w obrębie miasta do obszarów składających się na wartość miasta. W pracy do analizy zachowań komunikacyjnych mieszkańców wykorzystano model regresji logistycznej.

The value is the concept which is considered in the various disciplines. One interesting and relatively new concept from the point o f view o f the city, is that o f the region value. According to this concept, the value o f region includes the following: fmancial, investment, human Capital and social. The value described in this way is a multi-dimensional concept. The purpose of the study is to analyze the possibility and advisability o f inclusion o f an area associated with the conditions that determine the efficiency o f the movement o f residents within the city to areas consisting the value o f the city. In this paper in order to analyze the behavior o f residents' communication the logistic regression model was employed.
