W latach 2006-2014 Spółdzielcze Kasy Oszczędnościowo-Kredytowe ciągle się rozwijały, powiększając stan swoich oddziałów i punktów kasowych. Od początku swojego działania SKOK-i utrzymują wysoką dynamikę przyrostu aktywów, co zapewnia im stabilną pozycję na rynku. Przewodniczący Światowej Rady Związków Kredytowych niejednokrotnie stwierdził, że takiej spółdzielczości jak w Polsce, powinni się uczyć przedstawiciele innych państw, iż ma ona bardzo dobry model finansowy, zaś w następnych latach na pewno rozwinie się ona jeszcze bardziej. W niniejszej pracy przedstawiona została analiza działalności polskich i zagranicznych związków kredytowych. Z pewnością można stwierdzić, że te pozabankowe instytucje działają na rzecz swoich członków, ciągle rozwijając swoje skrzydła i dając szanse na lepsze życie nawet najuboższym osobom z odległych regionów świata.

In the years 2006-2014 Cooperative Savings and Credit Unions continued to grow, increasing the number of their agencies and cash points. Since the beginning of their operation credit unions maintain a high level of growth rate of the assets, which provides them with a stable market position. President of the World Council of Credit Unions often said that representatives of other countries should learn from the cooperative movement in Poland, that it has a very good financial model, and in the following years will certainly develop even more. This paper presents an analysis of the activities of Polish and foreign credit unions. It can certainly be stated that these non-bank institutions are acting on behalf of their members, constantly expanding their wings, and giving a chance for a better life even to the poorest people from remote regions of the world.
