Priorytetem dla administracji celnych jest bezpieczeństwo międzynarodowych łańcuchów dostaw przy jednoczesnym zachowaniu systemu uproszczeń i ułatwień w obsługi celnej ładunków. Rozwój transgranicznego handlu internetowego i nowoczesnych modeli logistycznych przekłada się na formułowanie coraz większych oczekiwań wobec administracji celnej oraz konieczność wypracowania nowego schematu obsługi celnej. Celem artykułu jest wskazanie na skutki rozwoju handlu internetowego. W artykule przeprzowadzono analizę przyjętych na forum światowym wytycznych dla obsługi celnej e-commerce oraz przyjętych rozwiązań w zakresie: uproszczeń w handlu, bezpieczeństwa, naliczania i poboru należności celnych oraz opracowywania statystyki. W artykule zastosowano: analizę literatury naukowej i dokumentów urzędowych, wtórną analizę statystyczna i syntezę informacji.

The priority for customs administrations is to ensure the safety and security of international supply chains while introducing a simplification and facilitation system for customs services. The development of cross-border e-commerce leads to increasingly high expectations formulated for customs administrations. The goal of this article is to point out the effects of e-commerce development, the analysis of e-commerce customs guidelines and the evaluation of customs solutions, including: trade facilitation and simplification, safety and security, revenue collection, measurement and analysis. The following research methods were used: analysis of scientific literature and official documents, secondary statistical analysis and synthesis of information.
