Artykuł poświęcono rozważaniom na temat przedsiębiorczości osobistej, którą autor traktuje jako pierwotne źródło wszelkiej innowacyjności. W oparciu o dostępne wyniki badań i własne doświadczenia przedsiębiorcze autor przedstawia uwarunkowania przedsiębiorczości osobistej, a następnie praktyczne sposoby jej stymulowania. Druga część artykułu poświęcona jest innowacyjności firmy, która w szczególności wymaga pokonywania oporów pracowników wobec zmian. Autor prezentuje praktyczną wiedzę na temat etapów i zasad dotyczących cyklu wprowadzania zmian i stymulowania innowacji.

The paper deals with individual entrepreneurship which is perceived as a source of all types of innovativeness. On the basis of up-to-date research results and own entrepreneurial experiences author presents contingencies of individual entrepreneurship followed by practical methods of its development. The second part of the paper addresses the issue of firm innovativeness which requires dealing with resistance to change among employees. Author presents practical knowledge on the phases and rules related to the cycle of introducing changes and stimulation of innovativeness.
