Formacja do prezbiteratu w Wyższym Seminarium Misyjnym Księży Sercanów w Stadnikach uwzględnia istotny element formacji charyzmatycznej i pastoralnej, jakim jest formacja do misji. Jest to konsekwencją charyzmatu Zgromadzenia Księży Najświętszego Serca Jezusowego, który zaangażowanie w misje traktuje jako jeden z ważnych wymiarów pracy apostolskiej i formę głoszenia miłości Najświętszego Serca Jezusowego. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie różnorodnych wymiarów formacji misyjnej kandydatów do kapłaństwa, a także ukazanie jej owoców.

Formation for the priesthood at the Major Mission Seminary of the Priests of the Sacred Heart in Stadniki includes a main element of charismatic and pastoral formation, which is formation for missions. This is a consequence of the charism of the Congregation of the Priests of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, which treats involvement in missions as one of the important dimensions of apostolic work and a form of proclaiming the love of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The aim of the article is to present various dimensions of the missionary formation of candidates for priesthood, as well as to show its fruits.

Z okazji 150. rocznicy święceń prezbiteratu o. Leona Dehona (1843-1925), artykuł podkreśla istotne punkty roli kapłaństwa w piśmiennictwie Dehona i jego charyzmatycznej realizacji w Zgromadzeniu, które założył. Określenie tego pojęcia przez poddanie go krytyce teologicznej uwidacznia pewne ograniczenia i rodzi pytanie, czy język kapłański używany przez Dehona odnosi się do wyjątkowej kontemplacji pełni misterium Jezusa Chrystusa, w której jako centralne ukazane jest wspólne kapłaństwo wiernych. Druga część artykułu analizuje konsekwencje dla tożsamości sercańskiej i przedstawia koncepcję „sercanina-kapłana” jako określenie, które najlepiej odzwierciedla to, co „proces charyzmatyczny” oferuje dzisiaj jako jedność powołania, tożsamości i przynależności.

On the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the priestly ordination of Fr. León Dehon (1843-1925), this article highlights the relevant points of the role that the priesthood has in the written work of Dehon and in its charismatic fulfillment in the Congregation he founded. Determining the concept by subjecting it to theological criticism makes the limits of this approach evident, and raises the question whether the priestly language used by Dehon refers to a unique contemplation of the total mystery of Jesus Christ in which the common priesthood of the faithful is indicated as central. The second part examines the consequences for Dehonian identity and presents the concept of „Dehonian-priest” as the expression that best reflects what the „charismatic process” offers today as a unity of vocation, identity and belonging.

Oblacja należy do kluczowych terminów duchowości Zgromadzenia Księży Najświętszego Serca Jezusowego założonego przez czcigodnego sługę Bożego o. Leona Dehona. Wpływa ona nie tylko na rozumienie charyzmatu Instytutu, ale ma także istotne znaczenie dla apostolstwa. Głównym celem artykułu jest zwrócenie uwagi na ten charakterystyczny rys charyzmatu ujęty w aktualnej Regule życia. Rzutuje on bowiem na przeżywanie własnej duchowości przez współczesnych sercanów, jak też ukierunkowuje ich formację.

Oblation is one of the key terms of the spirituality of the Congregation of the Sacred Heart of Jesus founded by the venerable Servant of God, Father Leon Dehon. It influences not only the understanding of the charism of the Institute but is also essential for the apostolate. The main aim of the article is to draw attention to this characteristic feature of the charism included in the current Rule of Life. It influences the experience of their own spirituality by contemporary Dehonians, as well as directs their formation.
