Artykuł odnosi się do problematyki występowania na Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie spółek dywidendowych oraz regularności wypłaty dywidend. Opisano te determinanty wypłaty dywidend, które najczęściej pojawiają się w opisach polityki dywidend, jak również te, które inwestorzy są w stanie sami analizować na podstawie danych rynkowych i sprawozdań finansowych. Celami badań były wytypowanie tych emitentów, którzy wypłacają dywidendy bez przerwy (10 wypłat w okresie 2009- 2018) oraz analiza dynamiki wypłaty dywidend tych emitentów. Wyniki badań potwierdzają istnienie takich spółek na Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie, które dodatkowo charakteryzują się dodatnią dynamiką zamian wypłaty dywidend.

The article refers to the occurrence of the dividend companies on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the regularity of the payment of dividends. It describes the determinants of dividend payments which most often appear in the descriptions of dividend policy, as well as those based on market data and financial statements, so that investors are able to analyze them themselves. The purpose of the study was to identify those issuers who pay out dividends without any interruption (10 payments during the period of 2009-2018) and also the analysis of the dynamics of payment of dividends of these issuers. The test results confirm the existence of such issuers on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, which are characterized by a positive dynamics of a return payment of dividends.
