Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie podstawowych regulacji prawnych z zakresu działania sołectwa, organów sołectwa, statutu jako podstawy działania sołectwa, a także funduszu sołeckiego. Autor dokonuje analizy przepisów prawa na podstawie metody dogmatyczno-prawnej.
